• Online Participation: Registration ensures you receive the live stream access link directly and are included on the official attendee list.

• In-Person Attendance: Please register by 10 November 2025. Kindly note that seating is limited, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

For international delegates traveling by air: The Amman Airport (Queen Alia International Airport, QAIA) is located 35 kilometers away from the conference venue. Many options for local transportation exist including taxis, car rental services, and you may book a car via smart transportation app or by visiting the booth located at the Arrivals Curbside - Level 1 - Gate 3. Note that while Jordan maintains stability, there have been occasional temporary airspace restrictions this year in response to regional developments. Should any changes arise that affect international travel, we will notify all registered participants promptly. As a general precaution, we recommend booking flights with flexible cancellation or change policies.

Jordan Entry Visa Process

There are two processes for the visa depending on the nationality of each participant. There are restricted and non-restricted nationalities, each subject to different visa procedures. Non-MSF colleagues:

Unrestricted nationalities can obtain visas upon arrival to Amman airport: Jordan offers visa on arrival for citizens of several countries. Simply fill out the required forms and pay the visa fee upon arrival at the airport or border crossing. Visa fees 3 months/1 trip JOD 40

E-Visa: To streamline the process, Jordan also provides an electronic visa (e-visa) system, allowing travelers to apply online before their arrival. This convenient option can save time and ensures a smoother entry. Visit the official Jordanian e-visa website:

Restricted nationalities: Restricted nationalities need a pre-approval visa to enter Jordan, the process takes up to 6 weeks from the moment of the application. Apply for this service, Visit the official Jordanian Ministry E-Services website and choose Visit Visa.
