The venue for the conference is the Regency Hotel.

For international delegates arriving by air: Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) in Amman is located approximately 35 kilometers from the conference venue. A variety of local transportation options are available, including taxis, car rental services, and smart transportation apps. You may also book a car by visiting the booth located at the Arrivals Curbside – Level 1, Gate 3.
Note that while Jordan maintains stability, there have been occasional temporary airspace restrictions this year in response to regional developments. Should any changes arise that affect international travel, we will notify all registered participants promptly. As a general precaution, we recommend booking flights with flexible cancellation or change policies.

Jordan Entry Visa Process

There are two visa application processes, depending on the nationality of the participant. For the most up-to-date list of countries and their visa requirements, please consult the official website of the Jordanian Ministry of Interior: Restricted and Non Restricted Countries (Nationalities) - Ministry of Interior

• Non restricted countries:

Jordan offers visas on arrival for nationals of eligible countries. These travelers can complete the required forms and pay the visa fee upon arrival at the airport or border crossing. The visa fee is JOD 40 and is valid for one entry within a three-month period.

E-Visa: To streamline the process, Jordan also provides an electronic visa (e-visa) system, allowing travelers from eligible countries to apply online before their arrival. • Restricted countries:

Nationals of certain countries may be required to obtain a pre-approval visa before traveling to Jordan. The process can take up to six weeks from the time of application. To apply for this service, visit the official Jordanian Ministry E-Services website and choose Visit Visa.
